01 General Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your astrological reading. We offer refunds under specific circumstances as outlined in this policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this refund policy.

02 Digital Products and Reports

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our astrological reports, all sales are generally final once a natal chart or compatibility reading has been generated and delivered. The analysis is created specifically for you using your unique birth data and cannot be resold or transferred to another user.

03 When We Issue Refunds

We will issue a full refund in the following situations: if our system fails to generate your natal chart due to a technical error on our end and the report is never delivered; or if you were charged multiple times for the same order. All other sales are final, as each report is generated uniquely for you and delivered digitally. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

04 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details and the email address used for purchase. We will review your request and respond with a resolution. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

05 Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated on our end.
